At CTAS, we can advise you as to what applications you may need to get your goals accomplished.  If you have already chosen your vendor and application, we can provide the technical interface between you and your vendor.  Our goal is always to provide you with the IT services that you need so that you can concentrate on building your business.

CTMS is our service which keeps an eye on what is happening at your office site.  CTMS will Remotely Monitor and Manage (RMM) your computers and servers.  Should there be an alert, we will contact you and try to remotely remediate the issue.  If the issue can't be remediated remotely, we will schedule an on-site visit to resolve the issue.  Our RMM service includes: Patch Management, Automated Monitoring, Remote Access, Reporting and Asset Tracking.  Additional services such as, Anti-Virus monitoring, Web Protection, Backup and Recovery can be provide at a nominal monthly charge.
